Pick up Procedure:
 
 International Flights: The driver will meet you in the international arrival hall of the terminal.  Please look for a sign with your name on it.
 Domestic Flights: The chauffeur will meet you in the baggage-claim area with a sign displaying your name. 
   **Baggage-claim meet & greet is a free service**.
   **We update Flight Arrival information at no extra cost when flights are delayed**
 Train Stations:  You will be picked up at the curbside.  Please walk outside of the station and look for a sign on the car's side window.
 Cruise Ship Terminal:  When you clear customs, please call us so we could page your driver and have him pull up to pick you up at the curbside.
 Residential & Corporate:  Car will be on location near the main entrance 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time.
    **To avoid NO SHOW charges: In case you have difficulty locating your limo or driver, please call us immediately.  
  Please do not leave or arrange other means of transportation without contacting us, as this will result in a full charge for the trip.**
 
Reservations & Cancellations Policy:
 
 Upon receipt of your online reservation we will e.mail you back your confirmation.  We recommend that you reserve at least 48 hours prior to the pick up
   time.  However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability; so please call us.  To avoid any misunderstanding, please check your
   confirmation carefully; if you find any mistakes, please call us immediately.  We honor any confirmed reservation for a future date up to 3 months. 
 To make changes to your previously confirmed reservation (i.e., pick-up time, pick-up location or destination change) without any extra charge, please do so
   at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time.
 Cancellations: To cancel your reservation without any charges being incurred, you must call us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time.
   Early Morning (AM) pick up cancellations must be received by 9 PM, the evening prior to your scheduled pick up.
  ** LATE CANCELLATIONS will result in a full charge for the trip.**
Billing Policy:
 
 Credit cards are required for all reservations.  All credit cards will be verified before the Limo leaves its base.  The customer will be charged at the
   completion of the trip and has the option to pay either by cash or credit card.  Additional charges, such as waiting time, extra stops, early morning
   surcharge, gratuity, and other fees such as tolls & Parking (if any) will be itemized on the sales slip.
 Domestic flight grace period and waiting time: 30 minutes grace period is allowed following the flight arrival at the gate.  Waiting time will be charged
   at $10.00 per every 15 minutes increment once the grace period has expired, or $40/hour once grace period expires.
 International flight grace period and waiting time: 45 minutes grace period is allowed following the flight arival at the gate.  waiting time will be charged
   at $10.00 per every 15 minutes increment once the grace period has expired.
 Residential & corporate grace period and waiting time: 15 minutes grace period is allowed after the scheduled pick up time.  After the first 15 minutes,
   waiting time will be charged at $10.00 per every 15 minutes increment.
 Cruise ship terminal pick up grace period and waiting time:  There is no grace period and no waiting time; however, we do add and extra $20 to the Fare.
 Extra stops: Additional stops not accounted for in the quoted price have an additional charge of $10.00 per stop within a 5 mile radius from the initial
   address (same town).  An additional charge of $20 will apply for additional stops to a surrounding town.  Manhattan to manhattan extra stop fare is
   calculated  based on the drop off zone.
 Late night / Early morning surcharge: An additional charge of $10.00 is added for pick up between 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM.; and an extra $20 for pick up
   after 12:00 AM and before 5:30AM.
 Processing fee is 5% per order.
 Holiday extra is $25 added to the fare.
Other Terms & Conditions:
 
 Company is not responsible for articles left in the car.  Please check your belongings before leaving the limo.
 Vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
 Alcohol consumption and drug use and smoking is prohibited by law.
 Driver has the right to terminate trip without refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client.
 NO LIABILITY: we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including road conditions caused by weather (snow,ice, flooding),
   construction delays, traffic congestion & delay, mechanical breakdowns.
 We reserve the right to send you a vehicle from our fleet or a vehicle from another licensed limousine company.
 We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this terms agreement in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
   Changes to these terms will be effective when notice of such change is posted.  Terms and conditions shall be deemed complete and effective
   upon posting on www.EliteExpressTransportation.com.  Elite Express Transportation,LLC is fully insured and licensed company.
